Miracle Noodle makes authentic, delicious pasta from the konjac plant, traditionally used in Japan for the manufacture of grain-free noodles – and they’ve diversified, offering miscellaneous good eats for the gluten-sensitive.       

We’re featuring Miracle Noodle Spinach Angel Hair and 95% Organic Fettuccine Noodles, and Shirataki Rice, super-low in calories and high in soluble fiber.
