Ramen Noodles have been around for ages and many of us may remember times when, for us, Ramen was the shortest path to a full stomach – with varying degrees of nostalgia.

Lotus Foods, whose motto is “Rice is life”, has revised the old classic, which started out in Japan as a wheat noodle dish, by making their ramen from organically grown heirloom varieties of rice that are naturally more tasty, nutritious, and gluten-free.

This month, we’re featuring Lotus Organic Miso Forbidden Rice, and organic Millet and Bran Rice Ramen.
